Bounty Hacking SiteEdit

One idea that could well work is a site where clients can put up the price that they are willing to pay for an piece of software to have a particular bug fixed or feature added. From there the offer is advertised to hackers on the site (and possibly even elsewhere). When the hacker is paid the site takes a small percentage of the bounty to keep the service running.

FOSS Progress Report MagazineEdit

I would like to see a magazine that just reports major updates and innovation in Free / Open Source projects and events that affect the community in general. The reason why I want to see this is that all the current magazines are aimed towards a particular type of user (with Linux Journal rotating their audience each issue) but there are no "news papers". In order to make this magazine economic I would suggest an issue published every other month.
